School leaders are elected at the beginning of the year by the students. The students must prepare a speech on why they believe they are worthy of these very important roles and ideas that they might have for the benefit of the school and its students.
The election process involves voting for School Captains, House Captains and Student Councillors. It is expected that only "A" Behaviour students will be considered. The students are then required to sign a contract to show their willingness to perform the role that has been chosen for them.
