The Green Room is a multipurpose wellness space designed to support student wellbeing throughout the day, funded by P&C fundraising and generous community donations.
At Kin Kin State School, our P&C Association is a small but mighty team of volunteer parents and carers working together to support our students, teachers, and school community. We're the friendly faces behind the fundraising sausage sizzles, the school events that bring us all together, and the little extras that make a big difference in our children's learning experience.
Thanks to the generosity, time, and energy of our volunteers, the P&C has proudly gifted the school a wide range of resources and experiences over the years. From whole-school excursions and family BBQs, to classroom resources, cooking equipment, a Green Room wellness space and sensory tools, we've been able to help turn great ideas into reality.
Whether it's helping out at a fundraiser, flipping sausages at the athletics carnival, or having a laugh at one of our meetings, being part of the P&C is not only rewarding - it's genuinely fun. It's a great way to meet other families, be involved in your child's school life, and feel connected to the heart of the Kin Kin community.
Everyone is welcome, and every little bit of help goes a long way. Come along, lend a hand, and see how much we can achieve, together.
